The North Ranch community and North Ranch RV Park in Congress are located adjacent to Federal Bureau of Land Management (BLM) land. Access to this land is a privilege andwe want to protect it. The BLM land leads into Arizona State Trust land which requires separate permits to traverse on OHV. We share these lands with many including cattle ranchers with leases and grazing rights. Please follow the links below to access the full rules of these agencies.The gate is located at the southern end of Vagabond Dr. at rear of North Ranch Community.You must have combination for the lock on the vehicular gate.

The following list of tips should help all users appreciate and enjoy the use of our public lands.

  • OHV & ATV riders should stay on existing trails only. Horseback riders always have “right of way”.
  • Observe posted signs. Pick up after pets and all persons should be aware of their locations.
  • All vehicles must be registered with the appropriate State agency where required.
  • All Motorized vehicles should be equipped with an approved spark arrester and muffler that meets State regulated standards.
  • Mast Flag(s) & “headlights” on is best practice for visibility and safety.
  • Please leave gates as you found them unless otherwise posted.
  • Please respect private property & pick up any trash found.
  • Recommended 25 MPH Speed limit.
  • Please do not bother any livestock.

North Ranch Outdoors (NRO) is a group of responsible outdoor enthusiasts that enjoy hiking, biking, walking, ATV & OHV use.

NRO meets every Monday at 4PM, October through April at the North Ranch Activity/Community Center on Pioneer Pass. NRO also holds regular outdoor trips for members and guests
